Rwanda has taken another step toward expanding its electric mobility and automotive manufacturing sector after the Cabinet approved a strategic investment agreement between the Government of Rwanda and Chery Holding Rwanda Ltd for the establishment of an electric vehicle (EV) assembly plant.
